Track - Dreaming Of...DDH Strata IPA

Strata is a hop we’ve used a few times paired with some big hitters to boost fruitiness but we haven’t tried it on its own until now! Layered on top of a sumptuously smooth base of Pilsner malt, rolled oats and flaked wheat Strata brings a beautiful melody of flavour. Bass notes of ripe mango and tinned peaches underpin a harmony of mandarin, candied lemon peel and papaya before a screaming solo of intense fresh pineapple. The finish is soft and refreshing with mouth coating tropical freshness.
