Wander Beyond - Metropolis Of Gold

Metropolis of Gold sees some subtle recipe combinations to make a beer both familiar and different! We've used a similar malt base with the same lashings of vanilla and lactose as Illicium, but switched up the hop combination to make something a little softer and fruitier. Expect strawberry notes from the Azacca and El Dorado hops and final flavours of fruit salad sweets and candy floss.
